Crystal Healing And Therapies

How Crystal Healing works from a scientific perspective to create greater understanding of crystal healing.
You’ve heard of “crystal healing”, “crystal therapy,” crystal healing grids.” You probably think they might even work, but you aren’t sure. Perhaps that left-brain part of you says “that it is just something made up, someone’s imagination.” Well, here’s the science behind crystal therapy that may just help you understand from a rational/scientific perspective just how and why crystal healing works:
Quartz crystals are hexagonal bodies limited by plane surfaces formed by the interaction between silicon and oxygen atoms’ force fields. Quartz constitutes a very high percentage of the earth's crust. The single element of silicone and oxygen together, i.e. silica dioxide, constitutes about 75% of our outer planetary shell. Crystals have the highest molecular orderliness found in nature. As crystals take in energy through their bases, it is amplified through their bodies, and then transferred out through their terminations. Crystals can also be visualized as representing the complete electro-magnetic spectrum in a solid state. Modern physics says that matter is imprisoned, solidified light, whereas light is energy in a free state. The highly organized state of matter in the quartz crystal allows photons to move without being trapped and condensed as in other forms of matter. Crystals are therefore special tools for using light in specific ways.
Marcel Vogel (for whom the crystal Vogel is named) spent most of his life investigating quartz crystals and their properties. What he discovered was that:
1. A precisely cut quartz crystal produces a constant vibration of the same frequency as water in its purest state.
2. Moving water will pick up the vibration from the crystal through resonant interaction and this transferred energy will structure the water (this also explains why crystal essences work).
3. A cut crystal can be charged with intent (e.g. Reiki/other types of energy healing) to structure water.
4. Structured water has increased surface tension and bonding properties. Water found in healthy cell tissue is structured, and cancer cells, for instance, have unstructured water within them.
To fully appreciate the value of working with crystals in healing, it is important to consider how much of our world, including the human body, is essentially crystalline in its structure and substance.
Crystal therapy’s major health-giving effect is found in the vibration from the crystals resonating with the water in the cells of our body (basically crystalline in structure). The effect of this vibration is transferred in water of the cells, through having the crystal on or near the body.
This vibration has these effects:
It triggers healing processes in the psyche and the body, harmonizes the charkas and subtle energy bodies, re-balances frequencies in one’s personal electromagnetic field, and it rejuvenates the physical system and improves it’s functioning.
Crystals can be used to hold and transmit energy. If you doubt this, think of all the silicone in use in the world of computers (as well as anything else that uses a silicone circuit board) today – silicone is crystal. Crystals are excellent for this type of work because they are capable of holding very precise and steady frequencies and that explains why crystals are used in mobile telephones, radio transmitters and receivers, quartz watches and so many other things. Furthermore, crystal grids can be set up and charged with energies and healing can be sent over distance just like telephone calls are or radio waves or microwaves are.
